I had a very hard time finding a cup of coffee when I arrived at the D.C. Capitol building, a few hours after noon on a Monday afternoon, but the Capitol coffee shop on Pennsylvania Avenue had a few options to choose from.

After a short walk to the corner, I found a table in the back of the building where a coffee-loving person would have a seat and a cup.

It was a little cramped, but it seemed to be the best spot for a quick cup of joe.

The place was crowded with people and the cafe had a limited menu.

I ordered the regular coffee and my espresso, and the espresso was tasty and smooth.

The coffee, too, was good.

The espresso was very creamy and thick and made my stomach hurt, but I think it was more of a stimulant than a hangover.

The food here was delicious.

The fried chicken sandwich was tasty, and it came with a side of hot dogs, and a few other choices.

My wife and I had the meatloaf, which was delicious, but we also had the chicken salad, which had some vegetables in it, as well as a side.

I was very impressed with the salad, too.

It came with the lettuce, tomato, green peppers, and green beans, which I liked.

I think the lettuce was the best part of the meal.

It added some flavor, but you also get a lot of protein.

It’s definitely a good option for the summer.

The restaurant also serves sandwiches, salads, and pizza.

The sandwich was quite good, but my wife liked it a lot better.

She also had an ice cream, which is good.

I had an orange meringue pie and a banana-flavored ice cream that was delicious as well.

The service was very attentive.

The waitress gave us a friendly greeting and asked us a few questions before she brought our drinks to us.

It also took about 15 minutes to finish our order.

I would recommend this to anyone.

The best part was that I was able to eat right at the cafe without feeling guilty.

I hope this is a common place for people to go when they are feeling down.

The staff was very friendly and attentive.

They also provided the food with a friendly smile.

Overall, I was happy to see this place open and have an excellent lunch and dinner experience.
